Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perception of road capacity, perception of traffic volume, perception of speed, and perception of road service level partially on road performance. The population in this study were users of Blora-Cepu Road and the sample of this study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique was non-probability sampling with the type of sampling, namely incidental sampling. Data analysis used in this study was descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistic Package For Social Science (SPSS) version.25. The results of the study with partial t-test hypothesis testing showed that perception of road capacity, perception of traffic volume, perception of speed, and perception of road service level had a positive and significant effect on road performance. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is: Y= -1,173 + 0,276.X1 + 0,219.X2 + 0,341.X3 + 0,297.X4 +µ From the regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing the performance of the road section is the speed variable with a regression coefficient of 0.341. And the R2 (R Square) test is 0.655 or 65.5%, which means that the performance of the road section on the Blora-Cepu Road is influenced by the perception of road section capacity, perception of traffic volume, perception of speed, and perception of road service level, which is 65.5% and other factors that influence road section performance are 66.9% or 0.669 Keywords : Perception of road section capacity, Perception of traffic volume, Perception of speed, and Perception of road service level.
