Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of system quality, usefulness, information quality and facilities on user satisfaction of the My Inspection application among PT employees. Angkasa Pura 1 Semarang City Branch. The object of this research is the My Inspection application, and the subjects of this research are employees of PT. Angkasa Pura 1 Semarang City Branch which uses the My Inspection application, with a population of 100 respondents. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling with the sampling type namely Quota Sampling Technique. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 21. The results of the research using partial t-test hypothesis testing show that system quality, usefulness, quality of information and facilities have a positive and significant influence on user satisfaction of the My Inspection application.
