Abstract

Satisfaction is a feeling of pleasure or disappointment with a product or service that has been used. Satisfaction is influenced by several factors including: Timeliness; Arrival Time, Departure Time, Stop Time at Destination Terminal, rates; Conformity of rates to Quality, Suitability of rates to Benefits and Facilities and Quality of Service; (Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy). This research aims to determine the effect of time, fares and service quality on passenger satisfaction with Bus Rapid Transit or BRT Trans Central Java Corridor I Tawang Station - Bawen Terminal. This research uses a case study method where data is obtained through a questionnaire method with a amount of 100 respondents. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Y = 1.908 + 0.210 + 0.307 + 0.280 + u From the regression equation it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing satisfaction is the fare with a regression coefficient of 0.307 and a correlation coefficient of determination (Adjuster R Square) = 0.546 or 54.6%, which means that punctuality, fares and service quality influence passenger satisfaction by 54. 6% while the remaining 45.4% is influenced by variables not examined in this research. Meanwhile, the results of the T Test show that punctuality (tcount 2.601 > ttable 1.98472), rates (tcount 3.784 > ttable 1.98472), and service quality (tcount 4.228 > ttable 1.98472) have a positive and significant influence on satisfaction passenger.
