Abstract
Executive Class Ciremai Train. The Ciremai Train is the only train on the Bandun-Semarang route. It consists of three classes, namely economy, Executive and Business. The Executive Class Ciremai Train has high standards, complete and comfortable facilities. Apart from the level of service, The price factor of being able to compete with other transportation is also the reason why the executive class Ciremai Train was chosen as the research object. This research uses data collection methods in the form of observations carried out directly in the field, literature study, documentation and questionnaire methods. In this research the author uses qualitative and quantitative data analysis, where the statistics found in the research are described or depicted as they are, then presented in the form of numbers which are then interpreted in a description. Shows that:. Y = 1,241 +0,177X1+0,456X2+0,262X3+µ The results of the equation show that the Trust variable (X1) has a regression coefficient of 0.177 (positive), the Perceived Usefulness Variable (X2) has a regression coefficient of 0.456 (positive) and the Comfort Variable (X3) has a regression coefficient of 0.262 (positive). This means that the independent variable, namely Trust (X1), the Perceived Usefulness Variable (X2) and the Comfort Variable (X3), has a positive influence on the dependent variable, namely Service User Interest (Y). Based on empirical data (questionnaire filling results) and multiple linear regression results show that the Trust variable (X1) has a positive influence on the interest of service users where the t-value is 2.256> t-table 1.9849. Perceived Usefulness (X2) has a positive influence on the interest in using services where the t-value is 5.599> 1.9849. The Comfort variable (X3) also has a positive influence on the interest of service users with a t-value of 3.216> t- table of 1.9849. Thus, the results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between trust, perceived usefulness, comfort on the interest of service users.
