Abstract
In Kediri City, especially Dhoho Road, which is the main road, looks increasingly narrow. Congestion often occurs on this road section, some of the problems found on this road section include interference from pedestrians, parking on the road, traffic volume density and the presence of trade and other commercial activities which ultimately reduce vehicle speed and have an impact on the occurrence of traffic jams. traffic jams along the Dhoho road in Kediri City. In this study, quantitative research methods were used using a sample of 100 vehicle driver respondents who were parked in the Dhoho road area, Kediri City. Data collection was carried out using observation methods, literature studies, interviews, documentaries and questionnaires. The data analysis technique is a multiple linear regression technique which is first tested through a questionnaire test (validity and reliability) and classical assumption tests (normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, autocorrelation). The results of the analysis using the statistical tools of the SPSS V.26 program obtained a multiple linear regression equation : Y = -1,321 + 0,244 X1 + 0,195 X2 + 0,139 X3+0,188 X4 + µ From the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the variable that has the most dominant influence on Road Performance is the Pedestrian Facilities variable with a regression coefficient of 0.244. With the coefficient of determination (Adjust R square), the results obtained are 62.3%, which means that the performance of the road section is influenced by the variables Pedestrian Facilities, Parking on the Road, Trading Activities, Traffic Volume by 62.3% and other factors that influence Performance. Road Section is 37.7%. Thus, the research results show that pedestrian facilities, on-road parking, trading activities and traffic volume have a positive and significant effect on road performance on Jalan Dhoho, Kediri City.
