Abstract
This research was conducted at PT. Image of Central Java Stevedoring at Tanjung Emas Harbor, Semarang. This research uses facilities, operations, work discipline and supervision as independent variables, dry bulk goods unloading as the dependent variable. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of facilities, operations, work discipline and supervision on the unloading of dry bulk goods at PT. Image of Central Java Stevedoring at Tanjung Emas port, Semarang. The sample used was employees of PT. Citra Jateng Stevedoring, PT. Harindra and loading and unloading workers where the number of samples determined in this study was 100 respondents with the sampling technique in this study using Simple Random Sampling. The analysis used includes validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, partial t test, coefficient of determination, and managerial implications. The results of the analysis using the statistical tools of the SPSS (Statistical Product And Service Solutions) Version 26 program obtained a multiple linear regression equation. Y = -2.260 + 0.279 X1 + 0.356 X2 + 0.208 X3 + 0.332 The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that the facility regression coefficient is 0.729, the operational regression coefficient is 0.356, the work discipline regression coefficient is 0.208 and the supervision regression coefficient is 0.332 which has a positive effect on the unloading of dry bulk goods resulting from the facility, operational, work discipline, supervision coefficients. in this research it is very strong with the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R square) obtained at 64.8% which influences the unloading of dry bulk goods, the remaining 35.2% is influenced by research variables that were not detected in this research.
