Abstract
Air transportation is a means of transportation that can connect regions with archipelagic characteristics such as Indonesia in a faster time. This airport is managed by PT. Angkasa Pura II. Its status has always been international, but because the Riau Islands have not yet been separated from Mainland Riau, this airport is rarely used. After 2001 the Riau Islands officially became a new province in Indonesia, there was rapid development in the city of Tanjung Pinang and this airport was again enlivened by several airlines, namely Merpati on December 19 2007. This research aims to determine the influence of safety culture, safety management, air traffic guidance and airport security facilities for aviation safety. The population in this study were air traffic control and ground handling officers and the number of samples used in the study was 82 respondents. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, purpose sampling type, then the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) Version 26 application (software). The regression formulation in this research is as follows : Y = 6,993 + 0,149X1 + 0,065X2 + 0,211X3 +0,057X4+ µ From this equation it is known that the most dominant variable influencing shipping safety is air traffic control with a regression coefficient of 0.211. The R (R Square) test obtained a result of 0.575 or 57.5%, which means that aviation safety is influenced by the variables of safety culture, safety management, flight traffic control and airport security facilities, namely 57.5% and other factors that influence flight safety. at Raja Haji Fisabilillah Tanjung Pinang International Airport at 42.5%. Key Word: Aviation Safety, Safety Culture, Management Safety, Aviation Traffic Guidance, Airport Security Facilities
