Abstract

This research aims to determine whether the Load Factor, Intermediate Time, Travel Speed have an impact on Operational Service Performance on Trans Jateng Bus Corridor I, Semarang Tawang Station-Bawen Terminal. The population in this study were 100 Trans Jateng Bus passengers. This research method uses a non- probability sampling method. The sampling technique used in this research is Incidental Sampling. The analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The regression formulation in this research is as follows : Y = α + b1X1 + b2X2 + b3X3 + µ Y = 0,974 + 0,301X1 + 0,250X2 + 0,303X3 + µ Based on testing statistical results with multiple linearregression equations, it was found that the regression coefficient value of the Load Factor Variable (X1) was 0.301 which was positive and the calculated t value of 4.603 t table was 1.98447, the regression coefficient value of the Intermediate Time Variable (X2) was 0.250 which was marked positive and the calculated t value of 3,514 t table is 1.98447, the regression coefficient value of the Travel Speed Variable (X3) is 0.303 which has a positive sign and the calculated t value of 5,126 t table is 1.98447. The coefficient of determination value (Adjusted R Square 63.8%) was obtained which states that the variables Load Factor, Intermediate Time, Travel Speed have an influence on Operational Service Performance by 63.8%. Meanwhile, other factors that influence Operational Service Performance (Y) are (100% - 63.8% = 36.2%). This means that other factors not examined in this study have an effect on the dependent variable (Intention to Use) by 36.2%. Keywords: Load Factor, Intermediate Time, Travel Speed and Operational Service Performance
