Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine whether or not there is an influence of facility variables, human resource variables, locomotive depot location variables and safety variables on the timeliness of work on railway maintenance units at the PT Locomotive Depot. KAI Daop V Purwokerto. The sample used in this research was 100 employee respondents, using a non-probability sampling technique, namely quota sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is: Y= -2.239 + 0.280.X1 + 0.354.X2 + 0.212.X3 + 0.325.X4 + µ. The results of research using partial t-test hypothesis testing show that facility variables, human resource variables, locomotive depot location variables and safety variables have a positive and significant effect on timeliness of work. there is a relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, the four independent variables are the facility variable of 0.280 (X1), the human resources variable of 0.354 (X2), the locomotive depot location variable of 0.212 (X3), and the security variable of 0.325 (X4) The variable that most dominantly influences the timeliness of work is the human resources variable with a regression coefficient of 0.354. And the determinant coefficient test (R Square) obtained a result of 0.638 or 63.8%, which means that the timeliness of work is influenced by facility variables, human resource variables, locomotive depot location variables and safety variables, namely 63.8% and other factors. which affects the timeliness of work by 36.2% or 0.32. Based on the results of the research, conclusions can be drawn from the multiple linear regression analysis and the distribution of respondents' answers regarding the independent variables (facilities, human resources, locomotive depot location, security) which have an influence on the dependent variable (timeliness of work). Keywords = Facilities, Human Resources, Locokmotive Depot Location, security, and Operational Performance.
