Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of service quality, ease of access, safety, and information quality partially on Suroboyo Bus user satisfaction. The population in this study is Suroboyo Bus passengers in June - July 2024 and the sample of this study is 100 respondents. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling with a type of sampling, namely quota sampling. The data analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis and Quantitative analysis, data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version.25. The results of the study with partial testing of the t-test hypothesis show that service quality, ease of access, and information quality have a positive and significant effect on Suroboyo Bus user satisfaction. Meanwhile, Safety does not have a positive and significant influence on Suroboyo Bus user satisfaction. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is : Y= -0,934 + 0,522.X1 + 0,124.X2 + (-0,045)X3 + 0,278.X4 + µ From the regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable affecting user satisfaction is the service quality variable with a regression coefficient of 0.522. And the R2 test (R Square) obtained a result of 0.884 or 88.4% which means that user satisfaction on Suroboyo Bus is influenced by service quality, ease of access, safety, and information quality, which is 88.4% and other factors that affect Suroboyo Bus user satisfaction by 88.9% or 0,889.
