Abstract

Transjateng Transportation is a transportation that prioritizes security, comfort, & safety. With the existence of the Transjateng Transportation Car, the region in Central Java avoids congestion and can reduce accidents. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect the safety of transjateng buses. In this study, a quantitative research method was used using a sample of 100 respondents of Passengers, Drivers, and Flight Attendants/I Transjateng Corridor 4. Data collection was carried out by Observation Methods, Literature Studies, Interviews, Documentation, and Questionnaires. The data analysis technique is a multiple linear regression technique by first testing through questionnaire tests (validity and reliability) and classical assumption tests (normality, autocorrelation, heterokedasticity, multicollinearity). The results of the analysis with the statistical tools of the SPSS V.26 program obtained a multiple linear regression equation: Y = -1,735 + 0,291.X1 + 0,256.X2 + 0,247.X3 + 0,335.X3 + μ From the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable affecting the safety of the Transjateng Corridor 4 Bus is the Driver Habit variable with a regression coefficient of 0.335. With the determination coefficient (Adjust R square), a result of 61,9% was obtained, which means that Transjateng Bus Safety is influenced by the variables of Driver Habits, Vehicle Condition, Road Infrastructure, and Driver Experience by 61,9% and other factors that affect Transjateng Bus Safety are 38,1%. Thus, the results of the study show that Driver Habits, Vehicle Condition, Road Infrastructure, and Driver Experience have a positive and significant effect on the safety of Transjateng Buses.
