Abstract
P.O. Bus Safari Dharma Raya is one of the legendary PO buses in Indonesia because it has been around since the 1960s, located in Temanggung Regency, Central Java. Since its inception, this PO has been affectionately known as Oei Bie Lay. This PO is also nicknamed the Four Elephants from Temanggung, which means elephants symbolize strength, goodness and wisdom. Elephants are also known as loyal animals, in this case it means that Safari Dharma Raya is always loyal to continue to provide the best service for passengers. This research aims to analyze the influence of the independent variables (facilities, reliability, guarantee, performance, accessibility) on the dependent variable (passenger satisfaction). With a population of all PO passengers. The Dharma Raya Safari Bus route Temanggung-Jakarta and a sample of 100 respondents were taken. With a non-probability sampling technique, quota sampling type, data collection using questionnaires, the data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis techniques including validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. Based on this analysis, the following regression equation is obtained : Y = 0,710 + 0,116X1 + 0,153 X2 + 0,205 X3 + 0,191 X4 + 0,108 X5 + μ. Hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the five independent variables, namely facilities (X1), reliability (X2), guarantee (X3), performance (X4), accessibility (X5), which were studied are proven to have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely passenger satisfaction. In the coefficient of determination (R Square) test, the Adjust R square value is 0.652 (Adjusted R=0.652x100%). This means that 65.2% of the dependent variable (passenger satisfaction) is influenced by the independent variables (facilities, reliability, guarantee, performance, accessibility). Meanwhile, the remainder (100%-65.2%=34.8%) is explained by other causes outside the variable model that were not studied. Thus, the research results show that facilities, reliability, guarantee, performance and accessibility have a positive and significant effect on PO passenger satisfaction.
