Abstract
The aim of this research is to analyze the factors that influence the safety of loading and unloading workers at PT. Dwimatama Multikara Semarang. In this research, the objects taken were all employees and loading and unloading workers at PT. Dwimatama Multikarsa Semarang. In this research, the population is Employees and Loading and Unloading Workers at PT. Dwimatama Multikarsa Semarang. The sample in this study consisted of 121 respondents using Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The data analysis technique is the Multiple Linear Regression technique and uses SPSS 26.0 statistical tools. Based on this analysis, the following regression equation is obtained : Y = -1,331 + 0,309X1 + 0,278X2 + 0,211X3 + 0,300X4 + µ From the multiple linear analysis equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing the Safety of Loading and Unloading Workers is Occupational Health with the Adjusted R Square test of 0,619 or 61,9% of the variation in the dependent variable Safety of Loading and Unloading Workers can be explained by the independent variable Health Work, Work Behavior, Personal Protective Equipment and Work Risks. Meanwhile, the remaining 46.1% is explained by other causes outside the variables studied. Based on the results of the research, conclusions can be drawn from the multiple linear regression analysis and the distribution of respondents' answers regarding the independent variables (Occupational Health, Work Behavior, Personal Protective Equipment and Work Risks) which have an influence on the dependent variable (Safety of Loading and Unloading Workers).
