Abstract
The aim of this research is to analyze the factors that influence online transportation user interest among Go-Jek users in the city of Semarang. In this research, the objects taken were Go-Jek users in Semarang City. In this research, the population is all passengers in the Soekarno Hatta Arterial Road area and in the Semarang Poncol Go-Jek Station area in Semarang City. The sample in this study consisted of 100 respondents using incidental sampling. The data analysis technique is the Multiple Linear Regression technique and uses SPSS 26.0 statistical tools. Based on this analysis, the following regression equation is obtained : Y = -0,688 + 0,121 X1 + 0,459 X2 + 0,219 X3 + 0,366 X4 + µ From the multiple linear analysis equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing User Interest is Perception of Ease with the Adjusted R Square test of 0.799 or 79.9% of the variation in the dependent variable User Interest can be explained by the independent variables Perception of Usefulness, Perception of Ease, Social Influence and Promotion. Meanwhile, the remaining 20.1% is explained by other causes outside the variables studied. Based on the results of the research, conclusions can be dra wn from the multiple linear regression analysis and the distribution of respondents' answers regarding the independent variables (Perception of Usefulness, Perception of Convenience, Social Influence and Promotion) which have an influence on the dependent variable (User Interest). Keywords: Perception of Usefulness, Perception of Convenience, Social Influence Promotion
