Abstract
Bus rapid transit (BRT) is a high-capacity bus-based transit system that provides fast, reliable, high-quality, safe and cost-effective service at relatively low costs, equivalent to metro capacity. This research aims to analyze the influence of variables (perception of price, service quality, officer performance and facilities) on the dependent variable (passenger satisfaction). With a population of all passengers of the Trans Jateng urban agglomeration transport corridor VI Semarang - Grobogan and a sample of 100 respondents was taken. With a non- probability sampling technique, purposive sampling type, data collection used a questionnaire, the data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis technique including validity testing. , reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. Based on this analysis, the following regression equation is obtained: Y = 1.008 + 0.404 X1 + 0.102 X2 + 0.126 X3 + 0.116X4 + μ. Hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the four independent variables, namely price perception (X1), service quality (X2), officer performance (X3), facilities (X4) under study are proven to have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable, namely passenger satisfaction. In the coefficient of determination (R Square) test, the Adjust R square value is 0.582 (Adjusted R=582x100%). This means that 58.2% of the dependent variable (passenger satisfaction) is influenced by independent variables (perception of price, service quality, officer performance, facilities). Meanwhile, the remainder (100% -58.2% = 41.8%) is explained by other causes outside the variable model that were not studied. Thus the research results show that perceptions of price, service quality, officer performance and facilities have a positive and significant effect on Trans Jateng BRT passenger satisfaction on the Grobogan-Semarang route.
