Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of comfort, facilities, fares and punctuality on the number of passengers of the Trans Jateng BRT Corridor I Tawang-Bawen Route in Semarang City. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. With a population of all Trans Jateng BRT Corridor I Tawang-Bawen Route passengers in Semarang City and a sample size of 100 respondents. With non-probability sampling techniques, quota sampling, data collection using questionnaires, sample research techniques when all members of the population are used as a sample and also known as a census. Data analysis used in this research includes validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing which includes the t test and coefficient of determination (R2) using the application (SPSS) Version 22, the results of multiple linear regression analysis are has been carried out, the results obtained are: Y = -1.485 + 0.181X1 + 0.091X2 + 0.455X3 + 0.364X4 + µ From the results of research on the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the three independent variables, namely Comfort (X1), rates (X3), Timeliness (X4) have a high influence on other variables and one variable, namely Facilities ( X2) has a low influence in influencing the number of passengers. In testing the coefficient of determination, the Adjusted R Square value is 0.542, meaning that 54.2% of the variation in the dependent variable number of passengers (Y) can be explained through the independent variables Comfort (X1) Facilities (X2) Tariffs (X3) Punctuality (X4) while the remainder is 100% - 54.2% = 45.8% influenced by other variables outside the model described in this research.
