Abstract
In this study, four research variables were analyzed, effectiveness, service system, technical operations and facilities as independent variables that influence the dependent variable, namely the interest of Batik Solo Trans (BST) bus passengers in Surakarta City. The formulation of the problem, research objective and hypothesis in this study is to analyze the positive and significant influence individually between the independent variables, namely effectiveness, service system, operational techniques and facilities on the dependent variable, namely the interest of Batik Solo Trans (BST) bus passengers in Surakarta City. In this research, the objects taken were passengers of the Batik Solo Trans Kota Surakarta Bus. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The sample in this study was 100 respondents who were passengers of the Batik Solo Trans Kota Surakarta Bus. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression technique and using the SPSS V.26 statistics tool, based on the results of research and data analysis, a regression equation is produced: Y = -1.1735+ 0.291.X1 + 0.256.X2 + 0.247.X3 + 0.335.X4 +µ The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive and partially significant influence between effectiveness on passenger interest (t count = 3.442> t table = 1.98525), the service system on passenger interest (t count = 2.398> t table = 1, 98525), technical operations on passenger interest (t count 2.892> t table = 1.98525), facilities on passenger interest (t count = 4.802> t table = 198525) while the coefficient of determination gets an Adjusted R Square value of 0.619, thus 61, 9% of the variation in the dependent variable is passenger interest from the four independent variables, namely effectiveness, service system, operational technicalities and facilities. Meanwhile, the remainder (100% - 61.9% = 38.1%) is influenced by other variables outside this research. Thus, it can be concluded that effectiveness, service systems, operational techniques and facilities have a positive and significant effect on the interest of Batik Solo Trans bus passengers Keywords: effectiveness, service system, technical operations, facilities, and passenger interest
