Abstract
Indonesia has an abundance of various natural resources, one of which is palm oil. PT Taraka Transmaritim Agensi is a company that has been established since 2013. PT Taraka Transmaritim Agensi has been running business in the agency sector. The importance of berthing and discharging ships is the agency's duty to monitor the process of berthing and discharging ships so that undesirable things do not happen in the process. There are several background problems that the author must resolve, namely the process of docking and releasing the SPOB ship. SRIKANDI 514 at PT Pier. Wilmar Nabati Gresik, documents related to the berthing and disembarkation of the ship, the parties involved in the process of berthing and disembarkation of the ship, and any obstacles involved in the process of berthing and disembarkation of the ship and solutions to solve these problems. Here the author uses the data collection method that the author used in this writing, namely observation, interviews and library research that the author collected.
