Abstract
The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of document services, loading and unloading productivity, equipment readiness and human resources on ship waiting time. In this study, the population is workers who collaborate with PT. Lampung Jaya Ocean. Data collection was carried out using 100 respondents. The sampling technique is probability sampling with the type of sampling, namely simple random sampling. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis. Through observation methods, literature studies, documentation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS V.26 program. The results of this research show that the variables of document service, loading and unloading productivity, equipment readiness and human resources partially influence ship waiting time. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation: Y = -0,985 + 0,314X1 + 0,267X2 + 0,331X3 + 0,153X4 + μ From the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing ship waiting time is the readiness of loading and unloading equipment with the adjusted R Square test of 0.508 or 50.8% of the variation in the dependent variable of ship waiting time which can be explained by the variable free document service, loading and unloading productivity, equipment readiness and human resources. Meanwhile, the remaining 49.2% is explained by other causes outside the variables studied.. Based on the results of the research, conclusions can be drawn from the multiple linear regression analysis and the distribution of respondents' answers regarding the independent variables (document services, loading and unloading productivity, readiness of loading and unloading equipment and human resources) which have an influence on the dependent variable (ship waiting time).
