Abstract

The KAI Access application is a digital innovation developed by PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) to increase comfort and convenience for railway service users in Indonesia. The KAI Access application is equipped with various features that make it easy for users to access information about trains ranging from ticket booking, schedule changes, ticket cancellations and many other services that can be accessed.This study was conducted with the aim of examining the effect of convenience of access, user experience, e-service quality, and publications related to consumer buying interest in train e-tickets at Unimar AMNI Semarang class 60. This study also aims to analyse the most dominant factor influencing consumer buying interest in train e-tickets 4th semester student Unimar AMNI Semarang class 60. This study uses quantitative methods, the population in this study are cadet students class 60 and the sample technique used is purposive sampling of 100 respondents. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The regression formulation in this study is Y = -1.724 + 0.007 X1 + 0.241 X2 + 0.546 X3 + 0.351 X4 + µ.The results of multiple regression research show that there is a partial positive effect of user experience on consumer buying interest (tcount 3.044> ttable 1.98498), e-service quality on consumer buying interest (tcount 4.724> ttable 1.98498) and publications on consumer buying interest (tcount 3.465> ttable 1.98498). From the regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable affecting bus implementation is the service quality variable with a regression coefficient of 0.422 and the obtained coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square = 0.736) means 73.6% while the rest (100%- 73.6%=26.4%) is influenced by other variables outside the study or outside the regression equation model.
