Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Guiding Services, Productivity of Loading and Unloading Activities, Pier Availability and Ship Scheduling on Ship Waiting Time at Krakatau International Port by PT. Krakatau Ocean Services. The number of research samples was taken using Proportional Random Sampling, namely by taking 109 samples consisting of: 72 respondents from Stevedoring Workers (TKBM), 7 respondents from Ship Crew, 22 respondents from Operational Division Employees and 8 respondents from Pilot Ship Operators. The results of this research show that the variables Guide Services, Productivity of Loading and Unloading Activities, Pier Availability and Ship Scheduling affect Ship Waiting Time. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation: Y = 0.273 + 0.182��1 + 0.176��2 + 0.237��3 + 0.376��4 + µ From the multiple linear analysis equation, it can be seen that the variable that has the most dominant influence on Ship Waiting Time is Ship Scheduling with the Adjusted R Square test of 0.606 or 60.6% of the variation in the dependent variable Ship Waiting Time. by the independent variables Guiding Services, Productivity of Loading and Unloading Activities, Pier Availability and Ship Scheduling. Meanwhile, the remaining 39.4% is explained by other causes outside the variables studied. Based on the results of the research, conclusions can be drawn from the multiple linear regression analysis and the distribution of respondents' answers regarding the independent variables (Guide Services, Productivity of Loading and Unloading Activities, Pier Availability and Ship Scheduling) which have an influence on the dependent variable (Waiting Time) Keywords: Guiding Services, Productivity of Loading and Unloading Activities, Pier Availability, Ship Scheduling, Waiting Time.
