Abstract
PT Harindra Mitra Semurna Semarang branch is will be a loading and unloading company that operates in the field of unloading cargo. PT Harindra Mitra Perfect Semarang branch is tasked with providing loading and unloading services for dry bulk and delivery, bulk cargo from the ship's hold to land transportation or to the warehouse. Information technology is really needed so that bulk loading and unloading activities on ships can run quickly, precisely and more easily. PT Harindra Mitra Perfect also has a process that has been established for bulk loading and unloading services, so that loading and unloading services can be carried out well and precisely in terms of document management when the ship starts docking until completion of unloading activities. Documents that must be prepared include: SPK (Work Order), Manifest, loading and unloading work statement, bill of loading, stowage plan. The loading and unloading service process system at PT Harindra Mitra Perfect starts when the ship is ready to be unloaded and the ship's documents have been processed/permission has been obtained to carry out the loading and unloading process from the party concerned to carry out the unloading process, then the loading and unloading service can be carried out immediately quickly, starting from cargodoring activities, receiving/delivery in the loading process to the goods owner's warehouse. Apart from the documents that must be prepared before loading and unloading dry bulk, there are several tools that must be prepared first such as land cranes, wheel loaders, electrical grabs, hoopers, ship cranes, forklifts, tarpaulins and shovels. The result of the discussion of this paper is the dry bulk loading and unloading process at KM. Amrta VII by PT.
