Abstract
The management of ship arrivals and departures is an activity handled by the operational part of the shipping company. The background of the problem of the author of the paper is the arrival and departure of the SPOB cooking oil ship. Prosper Three by PT. Source of Wahana Maritim Semarang. The purpose of this paper is to know the process of arrival of the ship since the ship arrived at the port until the ship left for the destination port. In the process of collecting data to show the contents of the written work, the author uses several methods of interview, observation and document study. The conclusion of this paper, the author gets knowledge and insight regarding the handling of the arrival and departure of the ship so that it facilitates the management of the arrival and departure of the ship. The result of this paper is to know the handling of the arrival and departure of the SPOB ship. Prosper Three PT.
