Abstract

Rosewood itself is a type of hardwood. The weight of rosewood is in the range of 0.77 to 0.86. Wood is one of several construction materials that has long been known to the public. The tendency for wood use will continue to increase, both in the industrial and structural sectors, in this case PT. Rimo Transport Expressindo is one of the company agents operating in the export sector of goods such as rosewood. Therefore, this research was carried out with the aim of analyzing and finding out what things must be prepared, processes and obstacles to the export loading process of rosewood wood. The method used is qualitative data obtained through direct observation in the field and interview methods. Based on the results of observations that have been made, there are many things that must be prepared, such as equipment and documents. Regarding the process, it must comply with predetermined rules and there are many parties involved in the process and obstacles are things that can hinder activities such as bad weather, incomplete documents, unprepared goods and high traffic flow which results in delivery delays. Therefore, it is necessary to take action and increase the quality of the goods exported in order to achieve customer satisfaction Keywords : Loading, Export, Rosewood
