Abstract
Goods delays are implementation time that is not utilized in accordance with the activity plan, causing one or more of the following activities to be delayed or not completed exactly according to the planned schedule. For this reason, PT. Raja Abadi Samudera Raya is committed to continuing to increase the delivery of export goods by sea so that there are no delays in goods. However, deliveries of export goods do not always meet the targets set each year. Therefore, it is necessary to measure delays related to waiting time, transportation equipment, human resources and export documents. This research was carried out with the aim of knowing the partial influence of waiting time, transportation equipment, human resources and export documents on delays in goods at PT. Raja Abadi Samudera Raya. The analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS Version 25 application. The regression formulation in this research is as follows : Y = -2,329+ 0,313.X1 + 0,258.X2 + 0,345.X3 + 0,308.X4 + µ From the results of the linear regression equation, the effect is that the Waiting Time variable (X1) has (t count 4.052 > t table 1.99210), the Transport Equipment variable (X2) has (t count 3.434 > t table 1.99210), the HR variable (X3) has (t count 4.720 > t table 1.99210) and the Export Document variable (X4) has (t count 4.803 > t table 1.99210). Meanwhile, the Adjusted R2 value = 0.694. This means that 69.4% of the variation in the dependent variable (Y), namely Goods Delays, is explained by the independent variables, namely Waiting Time, Transport Equipment, Human Resources, Export Documents. The remaining 100% - 69.4% = 30.6%, influenced by other variables outside the research. Keywords: Goods Delay, Waiting Time, Transport Equipment, Human Resources, Documents Export.
