Abstract
To support technology-based port activities, the INSW and Inaportnet Carrier Ssm systems were created. Carrier Single Submission (SSm) is the delivery of information through the INSW system with the aim of processing data/documents in ship arrival and departure activities. Inaportnet itself is a system that functions to exchange data and information on port services. The aim of this paper is to find out documents, procedures, obstacles and solutions. In collecting data, the author used observation, interviews, document study and literature study methods. From the results of the writing, it is concluded that applications for agency services using the SSM Pengangkut and Inaportnet systems no longer use the manual method as before, but instead use the two systems Ssm Pengangkut and Inaportnet which makes it easier for shipping companies to become agents. And this system is quite influential because it cuts down the time in the clearance process by just uploading data to the system. Keywords: Service, Agency, System Ssm Carrier INSW and Inaportnet
