Abstract
Interest in using is as a sense of interest that causes an urge to use certain products or services. Someone has a desire to use, show attention and interest in the product or service. This interest in using will be followed by an action in the form of using behavior. Student interest in using city transportation is influenced by several main factors, namely: fare perception, trust, safety and comfort. Most students show a high preference for convenient and affordable city transportation. Safety factors and travel time are also important considerations for students in choosing this mode of transportation. In this study, the interest in using city transportation for students at SMA Negeri 1 Banjarnegara was influenced by several factors including: fare perception, trust, safety and comfort. From these factors, it has an important role in increasing interest in using city transportation in students at SMA Negeri 1 Banjarnegara. The population in this study is students from SMA Negeri 1 Banjarnegara with a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using Application (SPSS) Version 26. The results of testing the t-test hypothesis show that the perception of fare, trust, safety and comfort has a positive and partially significant effect on the interest in using city transportation in students at SMA Negeri 1 Banjarnegara. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation produced the equation: Y = 3.463 + 0.295X1 + 0.226X2 + 0.219X3 + 0.207X4 + μ From the results of the equation shows that the variable of tariff perception (X1) has (t count 2.737 > t table 1.98498), the variable of confidence (X2) has (t count 2.193 > t table 1.98498), the variable of security (X3) has (t count 2.118 > t table 1.98498) and the variable of comfort (X4) has (t count 2.242 > t table 1.98498). As for the Adjusted value R2 = 0.246. This means that 24.6% of the variation in the dependent variable (Y) i.e. interest in using is explained by the independent variables i.e. rate perception (X1), trust (X2), security (X3) and convenience (X4). The remaining 100% - 24.6% = 75.4%, influenced by other variables outside the study. Keywords : Interest in using, Perception of Tariffs, Trust, Safety and Comfort
