Abstract
This scientific paper discusses the Export Certificate of Origin (COO) Document Procedure by PT Esa Zona Express Surabaya's Customs Clearance and Forwarding Agent (PPJK) in the Export Process. Some of the things that the author had to complete in composing this scientific paper include the types of COO documents and their uses, the procedure for handling COO export documents and their application flow, the system procedure used for COO creation, and the parties involved in the Certificate Of Origin process by PT. Esa Zona Express Surabaya. The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to understand the types of COO documents and their uses, the procedure for handling COO export documents and their application flow, the system procedure used for COO creation, and the parties involved in the Certificate Of Origin process by PT. Esa Zona Express Surabaya. The research findings indicate that the Export Certificate of Origin document procedure by PT Esa Zona Express Surabaya's PPJK includes types of Preferential and Non-Preferential Certificates of Origin (COO), the procedure for handling COO export documents, and the facilities in the e-SKA system for exporters along with its application flow, instructions for using the e-SKA system for exporters/businesses, and steps to fill out the SKA form, as well as the parties involved in the Certificate Of Origin (COO) by PT. Esa Zona Express Surabaya. PT Esa Zona Express Surabaya's PPJK has structured and organized procedures for handling Export Certificate of Origin (COO) documents to ensure compliance in the export process. A deep understanding of these procedures is crucial in ensuring the smooth export of goods.
