Abstract

The cooling machine is a series of auxiliary machining that is able to work to producetemperature or cold temperature. Refrigerator has 4 main components, namely Compressor, Condenser, Expansi Valve, andEvaporatore. Refrigerator itself has a very important role, namely for air conditioning. The method for determining the priority of existing problems. As forThe formulation of the problem from this research is what factors cause the slow freon condensation on the condenser,efforts to facilitate the occurrence of freon condensation on the condenser. The purpose of this research is to find out what efforts and actions can be taken to optimize the freon condensation process on the condensera air conditioning engine in the PORTA By The Ambarrukmo.From the results of this Observasi concluded that the cause of the slow freon condensation on the condenser issedimentation in the condenser pipes and the presence of air in the condenser. Efforts made are withclean the condenser pipes and remove air in the condenser, and add freonon installation. Keywords: Refrigerator, Condenser, Maintenance.
