Abstract
Human resources are one of the main capital in an organization, which can make an invaluable contribution to the strategy of organizational goals. Optimal employee performance in a company organization, the human aspect is capable, skilled, responsible as a company asset that is very valuable for the life of the company. Humans as workers are expected to be able to achieve optimal levels of work productivity with certain standards. This study aims to analyze the effect of the independent variables, namely leadership, motivation, job training, and work environment on the dependent variable, namely employee performance at PT. DSV Solution Indonesia Semarang Branch. Sources of data include primary data and secondary data. The sample in this study were 92 respondents who are employees at PT. DSV Solution Indonesia Semarang Branch. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The regression formulation in this study is as follows: Y = -1,770 + 0,328X1 + 0,028X2 + 0,272X3 + 0,325X4 + μ The results of multiple regression research indicate that there is a positive and partially significant effect between leadership on employee performance (tcount 3.756>ttable 1,98729), motivation on employee performance (tcount 1.794>ttable 1,98729), job training on employee performance (tcount 2.893>ttable 1,98729), and work environment on employee performance (tcount 4.320>ttable 1,98729). The influence of the four research variables is quite strong with a correlation value of Adjusted R2 = 0.627. Keywords: leadership, motivation, job training, work environment.
