Abstract
In carrying out its duties, KSOP Class IV Kuala Cinaku has a role in improving shipping safety and security as well as carrying out security and carrying out field patrols in order to reduce the number of shipping accidents to zero accidents (No Accident Rate). Not only that, KSOP also collaborates with agents (shipping company representatives) to review ship document requirements as a condition for ship suitability to operate in local and international ports based on Minister of Transportation Regulation No. KM 21 of 2007 concerning Ship Service Systems and Procedures, where the duties and responsibilities of the Class IV Kuala Cinaku Port Authority Syabandar Office are to coordinate all government activities at the port, carry out ship inspections, ship equipment and safety equipment on board so that accidents when the ship is operating in the Kuala Cinaku Class IV KSOP area do not occur. , and has roadworthy standards that comply with applicable regulations. Regarding the problem that the author is studying, in accordance with the data collection methods both through observation, interviews that the author has collected, an appropriate discussion of the problem regarding Ship Document Certification as a Form of the Eligibility of a Ship Entering the Kuala Cinaku Class IV Port Authority Syabandar Office Area can be taken.
