Abstract
This writing aims to find out what is meant by Import Custom Clearance; how to process import Custom Clearance through Customs and Excise; and all documents related to import Custom Clearance processing. In carrying out the import of goods, professional handling is required regarding how to manage the initial creation of Goods Import Notification documents, manage payments using the Online Billing system and manage the delivery of Goods Import Notifications, Manage the Release of Imported Goods from the Semarang Container Terminal Based on Predetermined Routes. This research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data sources are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques were obtained through observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. So it can be concluded that in the initial process of making goods import documents, there are several documents needed to make a Goods Import Notification document, and these documents are sent by the importer to the Customs Service Entrepreneur. The payment process uses an online billing system carried out by the importer, but to speed up the process Payment for this activity is carried out by the Customs Services Entrepreneur with the approval of the importer. The process of releasing imported goods from the Semarang Container Terminal is based on predetermined routes, namely if the goods have received a response from the red, yellow or green lines for handling based on each of these routes, for the purposes of issuing a Goods Release Approval Letter to remove goods from the Semarang Container Terminal.
