Abstract
This research is motivated by the increasing competition in the bus transportation business, which is characterized by the increasing number of bus transportation companies in several locations, even close to each other, resulting in customers being faced with many choices. One of the famous transportation services in Blitar City is the Rosalia Indah bus. PO Rosalia Indah ticket sales are higher every day than other PO, such as PO Harapan Jaya. Therefore, transportation service companies compete with each other to attract consumers. This research aims to determine the influence of tariffs, accessibility, facilities and infrastructure and service quality on user interest. The population in this study were Rosalia Indah bus users, the sample for this study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling with the type of sampling namely Incidental Sampling. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 25. Research results with partial tests. The t test hypothesis shows that tariffs, accessibility, facilities and infrastructure and service quality have a positive and significant effect on increasing user interest. Based on the research results, the regression equation model is: Y = -1,735 + 0,335X1 + 0,291X2 + 0,256X3 + 0,247X4 + µ From this equation it is known that the variable that has the most dominant influence on user interest is the tariff variable with a regression coefficient of 0.335, next in second place is the accessibility variable with a coefficient of 0.291, third is the facilities and infrastructure variable with a regression coefficient of 0.256 and finally the service quality variable. with a regression coefficient of 0.247. For Hypothesis Testing, each tcount is greater than ttable (1.98498) and the significant value of each independent variable is smaller than 0.05. The R2 (R Square) test obtained a result of 0.619 or 61.9%, which means that the interest of bus users is influenced by the variables fare, accessibility, facilities and infrastructure and service quality, namely 61.9% and other factors that influence the interest of Rosalia Indah bus users. namely 38.1%. The rest is influenced by other variables that were not studied, for example service quality, customer loyalty, price perceptions and so on.
