Abstract
Every leader always demands employees who do their best to create a safe and comfortable work environment so that they are able to work optimally without increasing their work safety. Work safety is an effort or activity to create a safe work environment, preventing all forms of accidents and commotions. With a careful attitude and not careless in acting will make the other party not careful. Many employees work just to fulfill their obligations according to the environment, without having any concern for themselves, others and. There are those who are selfish without paying attention to the safety of the soul and the surrounding environment. In fact, when the author carried out ground practice, there were people who were intentionally warned and the procedures that had been set during the load operation activities and that resulted in an incident or accident. Therefore, safety measures are important in the event of an accident at work.The handling of the vehicle test is carried out at the test, the examiner is a place consisting of several stages of testing up and down passengers and or loading and unloading of goods equipped with permits or passing tests and as well as transport or transportation vehicles. Socialization of leaders to the community takes place 2 times a month, due to adequate understanding of both drivers and tested vehicles, trucks, as well as buses and public transportation, but on the other hand, if the condition of the vehicle is poor and passenger safety is very minimal, then handling the test in vehicle testing will last a long time.
