Abstract
The process of unloading is the activity of unloading the cargo from the hold of the ship onto the dock or directly onto the transportation means or onto the barge. In this writing the writer uses descriptive qualitative method, while the data collection method used is the method of interviewing, observation and literature related to loading and unloading. And efforts to increase work productivity carried out by PT. Pelindo III Tanjung Emas Semarang is by providing a good work environment, conducting training or training for workers, familiarizing the tools to be used, compiling a work plan and estimating time or compiling a good time line.
