Abstract
The main discussion in writing regarding clearance in and clearance out agency services is TB.TCP 208 and BG. ETI 3304 by PT. Samudra Adhi Jaya at Sluke Port, Rembang. There are several background problems that must be resolved by the author, namely clearance in and clearance out services, documents that must be prepared to handle clearance in and clearance out, related agencies, and obstacles in handling clearance in and clearance out. The purpose of the Writer's paper is to find out about clearance in and clearance out services at PT. Ocean Adhi Jaya Rembang. The data collection method used in writing this scientific paper is to use the observation method which is carried out directly in the field, the literature study method is an attempt by the author to collect information relevant to the problem being written, and the interview method. The results obtained from the discussion are that the author knows and describes several things, such as: 1). Knowing the service in terms of handling clearance in and out 2). Knowing the arrival flow of the ship 3). Knowing the types of documents needed when issuing a Sailing Approval Letter (SPB). 4). Agencies involved in the issuance of SPB (Sailing Approval Letter) and 5). Knowing the obstacles that occur during the process of handling clearance. From this it can be concluded that to overcome the handling of clearance in and clearance out, and obstacles in the process of issuing SPB, the agent must be able to create good communication with related agencies.
