Abstract

Recriutment crew ship is an important activity in PT. Mitrabahtera Segara Sejati Tbk Banjarmasin branch. This activity is a process Recruitment crew on board with crew new to work on the ship. There are several background problems that must be resolved in this paper, namely how the process is recruitment crew ships, what documents are used, what rules are followed, and what obstacles often occur. PT. Mitrabahtera Segara Sejati Tbk Banjarmasin branch is a leading energy-focused shipping company in Indonesia, especially coal. The purpose of writing this paper is to find out how the process isrecruitment crew ship, what documents are needed, the rules related to the processrecruitment crew, and bottlenecks in the process recruitment crew ship by PT. Mitrabahtera Segara Sejati Tbk related Banjarmasin branch recruitment crew boat. Based on the data collection carried out during the Ground Practice, the authors used several methods including observation, interviews, document analysis and literature studies.
