Abstract
PT. Anugerah Tirta Samudra is a company engaged in ship agency. One of the services provided by PT. Anugerah Tirta Samudra is a certificate issuance service. The main topic of this paper is the issuance of ship sanitation certificates and P3K on TB ships. Senggora Escort uses the SINKARKES application system by PT. Tirta Samudra Award. This paper is being written to find out how the procedure for issuing ship sanitation certificates and P3K using the SINKARKES application system works, knowing the parties involved, knowing how coordination is carried out by PT. Anugerah Tirta Samudra with the parties involved, and knowing the obstacles that occur. Based on the data collection carried out during the observation at PT. Anugerah Tirta Samudra, the author uses several methods, namely observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The result of the discussion in this paper is the completion of the issuance of ship sanitation certificates and P3K on TB ships. Senggora Escort runs smoothly if it follows the existing procedures.
