Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine whether or not there is an influence on ship waiting time, loading and unloading productivity, port facility utilization and operational services at the KSOP Class I Tanjung Emas Semarang port. The sample in this study consisted of 74 respondents who used port operational services. By using a non-probability sampling technique, namely saturated sampling. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 25. The results of the research by partially testing the t-test hypothesis show that Ship waiting time, loading and unloading productivity, and port facility utilization have a positive and significant effect on port operational services. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is Y= 1.186 + 0.336X1 + 0.270.X2 + 0.315.X3 + µ. From the regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing port operational services is the ship waiting time variable with a regression coefficient of 0,336. And the R2 (Adjusted R Square) test obtained a result of 0,540 or 54,0%, which means that port operational services are influenced by the variables of ship waiting time, loading and unloading productivity and utilization of port facilities, namely 54,0% and other factors that influence service. port operations amounted to 46% or 0,46.
