Abstract
PT. Varia Usaha Bahari Tuban Branch is a company engaged in loading and unloading and responsible for providing loading and unloading services to handle clinker loading. So that the loading service procedure can be done smoothly PT. Varia Usaha Bahari has preparations for handling in loading and also document management when the ship is docked until the completion of loadin. PT. Varia Usaha Bahari Business cooperates with agencies such as Agents, Customs, Port Operator Unit Offices, Pandu and Delay Services. The purpose of writing this paper is to know and explain about the activities of the process of preparing the correct loading handling and knowing what documents are prepared by the loading and unloading company to the ship that finished loading. As well as knowing the obstacles that often occur in the loading of clinkers. The method of data retrieval used in descriptive writing uses the method of interviewing, observation and study library. In this case collect data against observation objects, as well as collections of documents and data related to clinker loading activities Based on the results of the discussion has been obtained that in the loading and unloading company clinker activities play a very important role in the smooth service procedures in the handling of loading clinker and handling documents as proof of completion of loading. The conclusion of this discussion the loading and unloading company plays a very important role in the activities of clinker loading service procedures and handling documents until the completion of loading.
