Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of the ease of purchasing tickets using an application, ticket prices and services on passenger decisions. The sample in this study amounted to 100 KM passenger respondents. Lawit route Semarang - Pontianak, using a non-probability sampling technique, namely quota sampling. Data analysis used in this study was descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 26. The results of the study by partially testing the t-test hypothesis showed that ease of purchase tickets using the application, ticket prices and services have a positive and significant effect on passenger decisions. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the research model of multiple linear regression equation is Y = -0.210 + 0.376 X1 + 0.291 X2 + 0.323 X3 + µ . From the regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing the increase in the number of passengers is the Ease of Purchasing Tickets by Using the Application with a regression coefficient of 0.376. And the R2 test (R Square) obtained a result of 0.527 or 52.7%, which means that the passenger's decision is influenced by the variable ease of purchasing tickets using the application, ticket prices and services of 52.7% and other factors that influence passenger decisions. of 48.3% or 0.483.
