Abstract
Electric Traffic Law Inforcement or often called E - Tilang is one of the policies issued by the Indonesian National Police as a form of effort to develop an electronic traffic law enforcement system to support security, safety and order. This research aims to analyze the influence of legal effectiveness, implementation of e- tickets, and awareness of traffic order on motor vehicle users' traffic compliance with e-tickets. The sample in this study was 99 respondents who were motor vehicle users using a non-probability sampling technique, namely using purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique based on certain criteria and considerations. Male and female respondents aged over 17 years. This type of research is quantitative research using multiple linear regression data analysis methods with the results : Y= 1,628 + 0,333.X1 + 0,255.X2 + 0,227.X3 + µ From the results of this research, the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, hypothesis testing using the T Test, shows that the three independent variables are Legal Effectiveness of 0.333 (X1), E-Ticket Implementation of 0.255 (X2), Orderly Traffic Awareness of 0.227 (X3). Research has proven that it has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable Traffic Compliance (Y) in the Coefficient of Determination (R Square) test. The adjusted R square value is 0.546, meaning 54.6% of the variation in the dependent variable Traffic Compliance. Meanwhile, other factors influence work accountability (100% - 54.6%) = 45.4%. So the remaining 45.4% are other variables that were not proposed in this research. It can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between Legal Effectiveness, Implementation of e-tickets and Awareness of Traffic Order towards Traffic Compliance of Motorized Vehicle Users, where there are still other factors that influence the level of traffic compliance. For example, the public's lack of knowledge regarding the application of the law, education, age, experience in driving and so on.
