Abstract
ABSTRACT This research is motivated by efforts in good corporate governance, PT. Pupuk Indonesia Logistik carries out the process of procuring goods and services by applying the principles of efficient, effective, economical, competitive, transparent, fair, reasonable, accountable, prudent, insightful, work safety and integrity to ensure the procurement of goods and services obtained is in accordance with the requirements. necessary to be held accountable. This study aims to determine the effect of the SAP system, quality/ability of vendors, and price perceptions on procurement of goods (purchasing). The population in this study were employees of PT Pupuk Indonesia Logistik and the crew of MT Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II and the sample of this study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique is nonprobability sampling with the type of sampling that is incidental sampling. Data analysis used in this study was descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 25. The results of the research by testing the hypothesis t-test partially showed that the SAP system, vendor quality/capability, and price perception have a positive and significant effect on procurement of goods (purchasing). Based on the research results, it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is: � = 1.821 + 0.424�1+ 0.263�2+ 0.178�3+ µ. From the regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing the procurement process is the SAP system variable with a regression coefficient of 0.424. And the R2 test (R Square) obtained a result of 0.626 or 62.6%, which means that the procurement of goods (purchasing) for ships MT Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II PT Pupuk Indonesia Logistik is influenced by the SAP system variable, vendor quality/ability, and price perceptions namely amounting to 62.6% and other factors influencing procurement of goods (purchasing) amounting to 37.4% or 0.374 Thus, the research results show that the SAP system, vendor quality/capability, and price perception are positive and significant on the procurement of goods (purchasing) for the MT Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II ship PT Pupuk Indonesia Logistik.
