Abstract

ABSTRACT Stevedoring productivity is the speed and effectiveness in handling goods. As researchers did at PT Banyu Laut Banten, which is a loading and unloading company, especially coal. Thus the purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of Time, Labor, Equipment on Coal Stevedoring Productivity outside the special port of Suralaya PLTU. The study population was taken from the loading and unloading workers at PT Banyu Laut Banten and the sample in this study was 63 respondents. The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling with the type of sampling, namely Simple Saturation. The method of analysis in this study is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, then the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS). The results of t-test hypothesis testing show that Time, Labor, and Equipment have a positive and significant effect partially on Unloading Productivity. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation produced the equation: Y = 0.411 + 0.280.X1 + 0.291.X2 + 0.316.X3 + µ. The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that the Worker Health Variable (X1) has a tcount of 4.238 and a t table of 1.999, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The Loading and Unloading Procedure Variable (X2) has a tcount of 3.547 and a t table of 1.999 so, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The Personal Protective Equipment variable (X3) has a t count of 5.552 and a t table of 1.999 so, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. As for the Adjusted R2 value = 0.703. This means that 70.3% of the variation in the dependent variable (Y), namely Unloading Productivity, is explained by the independent variables, namely Time, Labor, and Equipment. The remaining 100% - 70.3% = 29.7%, is influenced by other variables outside the study. Keywords: Stevedoring Productivity, Time, Labor, and Equipment.
