Abstract
ABSTRACT This research was conducted to determine the performance analysis of loading and unloading operators, loading and unloading equipment and truck waiting time on loading and unloading productivity. Item collection was carried out using 60 respondents. Through the method of observation, literature study and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS V.26 program. based on the results of research and multiple linear regression analysis the resulting equation is: Y= - 0.263 + 0.368.X1 + 0.414.X2 + 0.220.X3 + µ Where the results of the regression analysis and t test show that the loading and unloading operator performance variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the loading and unloading productivity (Y), the loading and unloading equipment variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the loading and unloading productivity (Y), the waiting time variable trucks (X3) and has a positive and significant effect on loading and unloading productivity (Y). The results of the coefficient of determination (R2 = 0.462) which means 46.2%, the performance coefficient of loading and unloading equipment operators, loading and unloading and truck waiting time on loading and unloading productivity is 46.2%, while the rest (100% -46.2% = 53 .8% is influenced by other variables outside the research.
