Abstract
The main topic of discussion of this paper is about ship agency services. The background of the problem of writing this paper is the procedure for clearing services for ships, the documents required for Clearance In and Clearance Out, parties involved in Clearance In and Clearance Out services for ships, the obstacles in Clearance In and Clearance Out services for ships. The purpose of writing this paper is to find out the procedure regarding Clearance In and Clearance Out services for ships using the Inaportnet system from ships arriving to ships leaving. In collecting data the author uses several methods .The author uses the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The method of collecting data using observation is that the author sees directly the activities at the port. For interviews obtained through direct interviews with field operations and company employees. additional insight related to ship agency services using the Inaportnet system so that it can speed up the Clearance In and Clearance Out service activities of ships. services to the ship.
