Abstract

Abstract The main points of discussion in writing this paper are made to obtain an in-depth description of the role of PT. Multi Line Borneo, especially the process of ensuring the handling of the inaportnet system in TB ship services. Harisindo 01 at Muara Berau Harbor. The required documents, the process of operating the service system, related parties, the obstacles experienced in ensuring agency services and the results of solving these problem solutions. For the data used by the author using Primary Data and Secondary Data. Primary data obtained from direct interviews with Field Operations and Branch Heads. Meanwhile, secondary data is obtained through books, journals and other sources. The data collection method used is observation which can be seen directly from the activities at the Port. From the results of writing, it can be concluded that the company is engaged in shipping agency services, where this company helps provide services in ensuring ship services at the public port of Muara Berau, Samarinda, East Kalimantan.
