Abstract

ABSTRAK In this study four publication variables were analyzed, convenience of access, perceived ease of use, trust as independent variables that affect the dependent variable, namely the interest in using Tiket.com to purchase airplane tickets. The formulation of the problem, the research objectives and the hypotheses in this study were to analyze the positive and significant influence individually between the independent variables, namely publication, access convenience, perceived ease of use, trust in the dependent variable, namely interest in using Tiket.com to purchase airplane tickets. In this study, the object taken is Tiket.com service users when purchasing airplane tickets. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The sample in this study were 100 respondents who were users of Tiket.com services when purchasing airplane tickets. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression technique and with SPSS 25.0 statistical tools, based on the research results and data analysis the regression equation is produced: Y = -2.323 + 0.337X1 + 0.206X2 + 0.375X3 + 0.288X4 + µ The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive and significant effect partially between publications on interest in using (t count = 4.014 > t table = 1.98498), convenience of access to interest in using (t count = 2.820 > t table = 1, 98498), the user's perceived ease of use (t count = 3.589 > t table = 1.98498), confidence in the user's interest in using (t count = 3.208 > t table = 1.98498) while the coefficient of determination gets the Adjusted R square value of 0.792 thus 79.2% of the variation of the dependent variable interest in using can be explained by variations of the four independent variables namely publication, ease of access, perceived ease of use, trust. While the remaining (100% - 79.2% = 20.8%) is influenced by other variables outside this study. Keywords: Publication, Convenience of Access, User Perceived Ease and Trust.
