Abstract
ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was an influence of the variable facilities, customer focus, location and work environment variables on operational performance in the field of motorized vehicle testing at the surakarta city transportation service. the population used in this study were all service users who used motor vehicle testing services during november 2022 - january 2023, totaling 2,433 populations and the sample used in this study totaled 96 service user respondents who used motorized vehicle testing services, using the technique non-probability sampling, namely by quota sampling. quota sampling with special characteristics of respondents aged over 17 years to 50 years who are equipped with a driver's license, and are users of motorized vehicle testing services with the type of freight vehicle. Data analysis used in this study was descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 25. Based on the results of the research it can be seen that the research model of the linear regression equation double is Y= -1.783 + 0.345.X1 + 0.301.X2 + 0.214.X3 +0.275.X4 µ. The results of the research by testing the hypothesis t-test partially show that the facilities, customer focus, location and work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on operational performance. From the results of this study there is a relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, testing the hypothesis using the t test shows that the four independent variables namely the facility variable is 0.345 (X1), the customer focus variable is 0.301 (X2), the location variable is 0.214 (X3), and work environment variable of 0.275 (X4). From the regression equation it can be seen that the most dominant variable affecting operational performance is the facility variable with a regression coefficient of 0.345. And the determinant coefficient test (R Square) obtained a result of 0.622 or 62.2%, which means that operational performance is influenced by the variables of facilities, customer focus, location and work environment variables which are equal to 62.2% and other factors that affect operational performance are 37.8% or 0.378. Keywords: Facilities, Customer Focus, Location, Work Environment, and Operational Performance.
