Abstract
ABSTRACT The problems that the authors decide include planning loading and unloading of passengers and vehicles on KMP ships. Siginjai at Kartini Port, Jepara. The problem raised have a purpose. The purpose of this observation is to determine the related institute and documents required when loading and unloading activities take place and to find out the performance of operational officers in the field. By using qualitative methods and collecting observational data, interviews or library research that the authors collect, it can be concluded that the planning of loading and unloading on KMP ships. Siginjai from unloading until the ship loads with a systematic cargo position and there is no empty loading space and does not take a lot of time when checking the documents required during the loading and unloading process or activities on the KMP ship. Siginjai takes place. From this research that the authors do, it can be concluded that the planning of loading and unloading ships must pay attention to the institutions and related documents as well as operational performance during loading and unloading activities.
